How to choose the right form of entreprise?
Before you set up a company, you need to decide on the form of the company. Have a look at the differences between the two most common company forms in Finland: a private trader and a limited liability company.
There is no universal answer what is the best form of the enterprise, because the choice of the form must always made based on the case. You will find more information the different forms of enterprise in the Guide to entrepreneurship written by Uusyrityskeskus.
